I can see my balance is grounded in my toes and at the tip of my foot rather than the heels. My hips are pushing forward to maintain the balance and alignment with my toes. By applying most of the pressure into your heel but evenly grounding through your whole foot, your legs will maintain the alignment and your hips shouldn’t jut forward as much. This will help in providing a much better backbend.
